2011 SUMMER CAMP
Summertime...
A great time of the year for kids to get a break from school and have fun. Here
at Spirit of Clay we encourage children to tap into their creative side. To step
outside their box. Our summer workshops create a venue for kids to have fun and
explore the possibilities of creating without preconceived notions such as what
color a flower should be or whether on not an animal can be painted purple with
pink polka dots. As in the past years, we will offer 1 week of exclusively clay
projects. Kids will work with the pottery wheel, slab roller, learn
coil-techniques and some sculpture. Most of the projects for clay crazy will
require the child to come back at their convenience through the end of the year
to paint their masterpieces.
(class may be cancelled due to lack of sign up)
Prices are:
$180 for the full week session Single day camp will be $38 per day
